Camp will include fully supported swim, bike and run sessions.  We will swim in Lake Murray just minutes away from the host hotel. The bike course is a very challenging hilly windy course.  It has been updated over the years and is more challenging than the original course with over 4,500ft of elevation.  New this year Sunday run course changed for added fun.  Also new this year the brick session has been moved and promises to be a new challenge.  You will gain strength while gaining tips from the coach and group leaders for the weekend.  There will be several education pieces included in the weekend as well.  Not to mention late season course insights.  See the agenda below.  The host hotel has breakfast included starting at 6:30am.  Did I mention dinner is included on Friday and Saturday in your camp fees as well?? There will also be special camp goodies and giveaways including a custom fit camp cycling jersey for all included that register.
